Fee Type	Description
Backgrounds	All commission types come with a solid or simple background by default. More complicated backgrounds will cost extra.
Complex Character Designs	Detailed characters may have an additional fee. (ex. lace, lots of clothing layers, patterns)
Deadline Fee	Need it ASAP? Rush orders with tight deadlines will come with an extra fee.
Private Commission Fee	I may include completed commissions in my portfolio or on social media. If you prefer your commission to be private, this will come at an additional fee.

Step #	Step	Description
1	Request	Fill out the commission request form below and shoot me an email!
2	Discussion	Let’s chat about the details!
3	Quote & Agreement	Once we’re on the same page, I’ll provide a commission summary and quote for your review.
4	Payment	Once the agreement is approved and finalized, I’ll send you a PayPal invoice for the initial payment (half of the total commission fee).
5	Sketch Stage	I’ll create a rough sketch based on our discussions for your approval. Minor edits are allowed at this stage, and you get one major revision. Any big changes after this stage may have an additional fee.
6	Final Payment	Once you’re happy with the sketch, the remaining balance is due before I finish up the artwork.
7	Finalization & Delivery	After receiving the final payment, I’ll complete the artwork and send you the final files for your download!

ARTWORK USAGE AND RIGHTS

Personal Use Only: The artwork is for personal use. For commercial use, please get prior approval.
Permission for Materials: Ensure you have permission for any materials or characters used. I’m not responsible for issues arising from unauthorized content.
Credit the Artist: When sharing the artwork online, please credit me as the artist. Proper credit supports my work!
Rights: I retain all rights to the artwork, including copyright. You’re welcome to use and share the artwork personally, but for any commercial use or additional rights, please let me know.

REVISIONS AND EDITS

Major Revisions: One major revision is allowed at the rough sketch stage. Additional major changes may incur extra fees.
Minor Edits: Up to 3 minor edits are allowed after the rough sketch stage.
Significant Changes: Major changes beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND PAYMENT

Initial Payment: No refunds after the sketching phase has begun.
Final Payment: No refunds once work on the finalization of the artwork has started.
Cancellation by Me: I reserve the right to cancel commissions at my discretion. In the unlikely event that I cancel, you will receive a full refund.
Right to Decline: I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
Payment: Payments are handled through PayPal invoices. I’ll send you an invoice for both the deposit and final payment. Please complete payments promptly to keep things on track.

COMMUNICATION AND FEEDBACK

Timely Communication:
- Non-Rush Commissions: Please respond to messages within 1 week to keep the project on schedule. Delays may affect the timeline.
- Rush Commissions: Please respond to messages within 2 days. Failure to respond beyond this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the rush fee refund, and I can no longer guarantee the agreed-upon deadline.
- No Response: Failure to respond to messages within 30 days will result in the commission being considered forfeit, with no refund issued.
Client Feedback: Please provide clear and timely feedback during revisions. Vague or conflicting feedback may cause delays.

ART COMPLETION AND DELIVERY

Art Completion: Download and store your artwork within 1 week of delivery. I can’t guarantee availability after this period. Please keep a backup!
Delivery Format: Artwork will be delivered in JPG format. Let me know before the commission starts if you need a different format.
Work-in-Progress Updates: I’ll provide updates at key stages. You are free to request updates anytime but please allow up to 24 hours for that update!

PROFESSIONALISM AND PORTFOLIO USE

Respectful Communication: All communication should be respectful and professional. Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the commission without a refund.
Portfolio Use: I may include completed commissions in my portfolio or on social media. If you prefer privacy, please let me know. Note that keeping your work private may incur an additional fee.

QUALITY AND ARTISTIC INTERPRETATION

Artwork Quality: The minimum dimension of the final artwork will be 3000 pixels. If you need a larger size, please let me know before the commission starts.
Artistic Interpretation: While I aim for accuracy based on your instructions and references, some artistic interpretation may occur. Please review the work-in-progress updates to ensure it aligns with your vision!
